摘要 火力发电厂汽轮机主汽门是关键部件,在汽轮机运行过程中,主汽门门盖的密封问题是一个运行周期后检修的主要内容。因机组型号不同,密封面尺寸不同,门盖密封采用的方式大多数是金属缠绕垫,而且前端和上头密封处多数为金属线密封,也有金属面密封的。检修时主要处理这两处密封面,使其恢复密封效果。本文主要谈的就是使用金属缠绕垫密封面的修复。实践表明,采取不同的工艺装备修复密封面,设备再运行时密封满足使用要求。 The main valve of a steam turbine in a thermal power plant is a key component. The sealing of the main valve cover during the operation of a steam turbine is the main content of overhaul after a running cycle. Because of the different sizes of the sealing surfaces of the units, the sealing methods of the main valve cover are mostly metal winding gaskets, and the front and top sealing parts are mostly metal winding gaskets. Metal wires are also sealed with metal faces. During maintenance, these two sealing covers are mainly processed to restore the sealing effect. This chapter is mainly about the use of metal winding gasket cover repair. Practice shows that the sealing surface can be repaired by different process equipment, and the sealing can meet the requirement when the equipment is running again.
