摘要
分别采用直流、单脉冲、正负脉冲三种电流作用方式,在45#钢基体上制备了Ni-TiN纳米复合镀层。研究了不同电流作用方式下所得镀层的表面形貌和耐蚀性。结果表明:在正负脉冲电流方式作用下得到的镀层具有最致密的组织,并且耐蚀性最佳。
Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared on 45# steel substrate by three current modes of direct current, single pulse and positive negative pulse. The surface morphology and corrosion resistance of the coatings prepared by different current modes were investigated.Results showed that the coating prepared By positive negative pulse current mode has ultracompact structure and superior corrosion resistance.
