常温锌锰系磷化工艺及磷化膜性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 与传统的中、高温磷化工艺相比较,常温磷化不仅能缩短工艺流程,还能降低能耗。通过正交试验优化得到一种成本低廉、配制简单、成膜速率快的锌锰系常温磷化液。结果表明:采用最优磷化液配方得到的磷化膜结构致密,表面呈针柱状,能够提高漆膜与金属基体间的附着力。用3%的NaCl溶液对磷化膜进行耐蚀性检测,4h不出现锈点。该磷化液克服了一般常温磷化液挂灰、泛黄、成膜均匀性和耐蚀性差的缺点,具有广阔的应用前景。 Compared with the traditional phosphating process at medium and high temperature, the phosphating process at room temperature has many advantages such as short technological process, low energy consumption. Alow cost, simple preparation and fast film-forming rate zinc manganese phosphating solution at room temperature was obtained via orthogonal test. Results showed that the phosphating film formed in the optimal phosphating solution exhibits dense and needle pillar like morphology, and it can improve the adhesion of the paint film and metallic matrix. The phosphating film was immersed in 3% NaCl solution to measure the corrosion resistance, there was no rust spot after immersion for 4 h. This phosphating solution overcomes the problems of conventional phosphating solution at room temperature, such as surface dusting, yellow out, poor homogenous and corrosion resistance of the film, therefore, it has broad application prospects.
