摘要 提出一种带有阀结构的集除雾、透气功能于一体的新型红外可逆吸雾膜组件。在实验室模拟的常温/高温高湿、低温高湿、长时间停车等各种严苛工况下,其都表现出较强的防雾除雾能力;同时上车实验再次验证了其出色的"防湿泄湿"性能。与目前常规除雾措施相比,吸雾膜组件可单独使用,快速解决灯内起雾问题,且吸湿速度快,持续吸湿量高,能简化灯具结构设计及制造工序,缩短产品研发周期,同时降低返修率和客户投诉。 A new type of infrared reversible fog-absorbing membrane module with valve structure is proposed, which integrates the funcetions of defogging and air decompression. In the Laboratory experiments, it shows strong anti-fog and defogging ability under the nomtal/high/low tentperature with high humidity, long-term parking and other sever conditions. At the same time, the on-board test once again proved its outstanding " anti-fbg and defogging" performanee. Compared with the current conventional defogging measures, this module has a fast moisture absorption rate and a high continuous moisture absorption, which can be used independently, quickly solve the fogging woblem in the lighting system; it also can simplify the structure design and manufacturing process of the lamp, shorlen the product development cycle, and lower the repair rate and customer complaints at the same time.
