摘要
调整发动机进口可调导流叶片能够防止失速或喘振的发生,提高发动机工作稳定性,改善发动机性能。依据进口可调导流叶片的防喘原理,利用基准进口气流角法建立发动机进口可调导流叶片调节规律模型。通过模型计算发动机不同状态点下的进口可调导流叶片安装角度,并与实际位置进行对比。结果表明,除个别复杂航段外,模型计算值与实际值偏差较小,证明模型能够很好地反映进口可调导流叶片的调节规律,可为发动机故障诊断和VSV控制系统的设计提供参考。
Adjusting the engine inlet guide vane can prevent the occurence of surge or stall, increase the engine stability and improve the engine performance. On the basis of anti-surge principle of inlet guide vane, the regulation law model of which is established by the method of reference inlet airflow angle. This model can be used to calculate the installation angle of the adjustable engine inlet guide vanes under different state points, and is compared with the actual position. Results show that except very few complex sectors, the deviation between calculated values and actual values is small. It is proved that the model can well reflect the regulation law of adjustable inlet guide vane, providing reference for engine fault diagnosis and VSV control system design.
