The main factors influencing the stable operation of screw air compressor are analyzed, and the countermeasures to reduce the failure rate of the air compressor by controlling the exhaust temperature, the exhaust pressure, load of the main motor and the fan motor are proposed. The main factors affecting the dew point and oil content of compressed air of the product are analyzed, and the countermeasures for improving the quality of the compressed air by strengthening the maintenance of the air compressor and the mi-cro heat regeneration dryer are proposed.
