Analysis of Typical Failure of Compressor Mushroom Valve

通过对气阀出现故障的过程、气阀损坏的形式、表征现象等方面进行分析,找出了阀芯损坏的根本原因是浙江某公司在对进口阀测绘时数据不准确,生产出的蘑菇状气阀芯头部密封面宽度比德赛产品密封面窄1.5 mm左右,且表面不平整,造成使用过程中存在一定的隐患。同时气阀阀芯存在国产、进口混装、新旧混装等情况也是造成故障频发的主要原因,提出了蘑菇状气阀零部件组装5个方面的建议,为以后使用单位及维修单位相关人员提供参考。

The process of air valve malfunction, valve damage, characterization in the form of a phenomenon, etc are analyzed, and the root cause of the damage to the valve core is found out which is due to the inaccurate surveying and mapping on the inlet valve data by a Zhejiang company. The produced seal face width of mushroom valve core head is narrow around 1.5 mm than the seal face of delay product, and the surface is uneven, which can cause a hidden trouble in use process. At the same time, the existence of do-mestic, imported mixed, new and old mixed, etc. of the valve core is also the main cause of frequent failures. The paper puts forward five suggestions on assembly of mushroom valve parts, which can provide references for future users and maintenance personnel.
