摘要
针对大型钢铁企业以生物滤池为核心的综合废水深度处理技术,结合进化生物法一级反硝化、曝气生物滤池硝化和厌氧生物滤池二级反硝化形成的新工艺,设计了深度脱氮处理系统改造方案,进行了中试研究和实验结果分析,并最终应用于工程实践中,中试研究与工程实践均取得了理想效果。
In allusion to the advanced treatment technology for complex wastewater based on the biofilter to be used as the core technology in large-sized iron and steel enterprises, combining the new process which was composed of first-level denitrification by evolutionary biological method, nitrification by biological aerated filter and second-level denitrification by anaerobic filter, the modification scheme for advanced denitrification treatment system was designed. The pilot-scale study was carried out and then the experimental results were analyzed. Finally the scheme was applied in the engineering practice. The desired effect was achieved in both pilot-scale study and the engineering practice.
