摘要
304奥氏体不锈钢在冷轧后表面出现白点缺陷,对该缺陷进行金相和电镜分析,找出其产生的原因,并提出改进对策。实践证明,提高轧制压下率,适当降低喷砂速度、增加轧制道次能够有效减少304不锈带钢小白点缺陷的产生,使产品表面符合冷轧及后续加工的要求。
There appeared the defect of white spots on the surface of the 304 austenitic stainless steel after cold rolling. The defect was checked by metallographic analysis and electron microscope analysis. And the causes leading to the white spot defect were worked out and then the improvement measures were proposed. The practice demonstrated that such measures as increasing the rolling reduction rate, properly reducing the speed of sandblasting and increasing the rolling pass could effectively reduce the defect of white spots on the surface of the 304 stainless steel, enabling the surface of the stainless steel products can meet the requirements needed by cold rolling and subsequent processing.
