摘要
介绍了PDCA循环的基本原理和各阶段步骤,应用PDCA循环对高炉喷煤制粉生产运行环节中制约HRM1250立式磨机作业率的因素进行了分析,确认了引起减速机打齿和曲臂断裂的主要因素。采取相应对策后效果显著,HRM1250立式磨机的作业率及制粉量分别提高了9.2%及1 678 t/月。
The fundamental principles and procedures at each of the stages for the PDCA circle were introduced. The factors for restricting the operation rate of the HRM1250 vertical mill in the production processes of preparing blast furnace coal powder for injection by application of the PDCA circle were analyzed. Then the main factors leading to gear-crashing and crank-arm-breaking of the reduction gears were determined. Thereby the countermeasures were taken and the effect was prominent. At last the operation rate and the production capability of the HRM1250 vertical mill were improved by 9.2% and 1 678 tonne per month respectively.
