肝硬化是多种慢性肝病的晚期阶段,感染是肝硬化患者最重要的并发症之一,可诱发或加重肝病进展导致肝功能失代偿的发生,是引起肝硬化患者死亡的重要原因之一。本文旨在通过分析肝硬化尤其是失代偿期肝硬化的病理生理变化,深入了解肝硬化合并感染的发生机制,总结诊治经验,从而指导临床正确认识、合理预防、规范诊治。

Liver cirrhosis is the late stage of many chronic liver discases. Infection isoncof the most important complications in patients with liver cirrhosis. Tthis article aims to analyze the lpatholphysiological changes of cirrhosis, especially that during dccompensated period, to understand the pathogcncsis of cirrhosis complicated with infection, and to summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment, so as to promote correct clinical understanding, reasonable prevention and standardized diagnosis and treatment.
