基于正交分析法的烟溢流影响因素分析

摘要 采用正交分析法对高层建筑火灾发生时,着火房间烟溢流的主要影响因素(室外风参数、燃烧功率、外窗开口尺寸)进行试验设计。针对设计工况运用火灾动力学软件FDS进行数值模拟。研究结果表明,室外风速对烟溢流的体积流率影响最大,燃烧功率对烟溢流的体积流率影响次之,窗口尺寸对烟溢流的体积流率影响较少。在相同火源功率下,窗口处中性面的高度越高,溢流烟气的体积流率越小。溢流烟气的温度随着溢出烟气的体积流率的增大而增大。 To analysis the main influence factors of the fire room smoke overflow-outdoor air parameters, combustion power and the opening size of the outside window with the method of orthogonal design when the high-rise building fire occurs. The design condition was simulated by the fire dynamics software FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator). The results show that the outdoor wind speed has the greatest influence on the volume flow rate of smoke overflow. The influence of combustion power on the volume flow rate of smoke overflow is second. The window size has little influence on the volume flow rate of smoke overflow. And in the same fire power, the higher the neutral surface at the window, the smaller the volume flow rate of the overflow smoke. The temperature of the overflow smoke increased with the increment of the volume flow rate of the overflow smoke.
