摘要
液滴撞击固体热表面过程的研究在流体力学和微流体作用材料科学的研究中具有重要的理论意义和工程价值,且与其相关的自由表面流动问题普遍存在于化工、冶金、航空航天、材料科学等领域中。近些年来,国内外的关于液滴撞击热表面过程传热传质行为的研究已取得许多成果。本文查阅了国内相关的部分文献,对液滴撞击固体热表面过程中的表面润湿特性,撞击速度,撞击角度,表面粗糙度等多个不同的因素对表面液滴撞击的形态变化规律以及传热特性进行论述和分析,最后做出了总结和展望。
The study of droplet impacting solid hot surfaces is of great significance for the development of fluid mechanics and microfluidics in materials science. The related free surface flow problems emerges frequently in chemical, metallurgy, aerospace, material sciences and other fields. In recent years, research concerning the heat and mass transfer behavior during droplet impingement on the hot surface has led to fruitful achievements at home and abroad. This article reviews the relevant literature, discusses and analyses the influence of some factors such as impact velocity, angle, and surface roughness to the surface wetting characteristics of the droplets impacting on the solid hot surface and the morphological change law and the heat transfer characteristics of the surface droplets impacted, and makes a summary and outlook finally.
