摘要
针对深圳某办公楼制冷机房实际运行能效偏低的现状,提出了将一台螺杆式水冷冷水机组改造成双工况主机,同时结合各个设备的实时能耗监测数据,提出了对冷冻水泵、冷却水泵的改造方案。通过拟合制冷主机实际工况的运行曲线,结合模拟建筑物的全年动态负荷计算结果,对项目改造前后的经济性进行了对比分析。
In view of the fact that the actual operation energy efficiency of an office building in Shenzhen is low, one of the three chillers is proposed to be converted into a double working chiller. In combination with the real-time energy consumption monitoring data of each equipment, the renovation program of chilled water pump and cooling water pump are proposed. By fitting the operating curve of the actual operating conditions of the chiller and combining the calculation results of the dynamic loads throughout the year of the simulated building, the economics before and after the project transformation were compared and analyzed.
