基于ε–NTU理论的蒸气压缩式热泵循环模型研究

摘要 本文基于熵分析方法,得出蒸气压缩式热泵系统解析模型。以此为基础,结合ε-NTU理论对冷热水机组与冷却塔进行耦合,建立蒸气压缩式热泵与冷却塔系统的耦合模型。通过对R22、R32、R134a等五种的模拟,结果表明:COP解析模型符合精确要求,其中,制冷剂R22热力性能较好,与传统算法相比,此COP模型的最大相对误差为3.75%。同时,冷却水流量对压缩式制冷机组及冷却塔的性能影响较大,而冷冻水流量对其影响甚微。 Based on the entropy analysis method, the analytical model of vapor-compression heat pump system has been simplified in this paper. Furthermore, the coupling model of the vapor-compression heat pump system and cooling tower system is established by combining the ε-NTU theory. Through the simulation of R22, R32, R134 a, et al. The results show that: COP analytical model achieves the precise requirement, the thermodynamic performance of the R22 is better,and the maximum relative error of new COP model is about 3.75%, comparing with the traditional algorithms. At the same time, the effects of cooling water variation on the performance of refrigeration units and cooling tower are obvious,but the change of freezing water flow has a little impact.
