摘要
针对建筑使用阶段节能分析,本文基于示范项目提出了对围护结构使用能耗和内部设备使用能耗的计算方法,同时引入了可再生能源计算指标。然后通过对Revit二次开发技术的研究,最终提出了基于BIM的低碳建筑使用阶段节能分析成果。
In view of the building operation phase, based on the demonstrative project, this paper introduces the methods for calculating energy consumption of building envelope and internal equipment. Meanwhile, renewable resource indexes are also applied. Through analyzing the secondary development of Revit, finally the achievement of energy-saving calculation based on BIM technology during building operation phase is proposed.
