以江水为冷源的THICS节能及经济性分析

摘要 笔者介绍了一种以江水为冷源的温湿度独立控制空调系统(THICS),并以此为基础对比分析了以江水为冷源和以高温冷水机组为冷源的THICS的能耗和经济性。结果表明:以江水为冷源的THICS比以高温冷水机组为冷源的THICS节能60.3%。利用全寿命周期投资成本净现值法对两种系统进行经济性分析后得到,以江水为冷源的THICS虽然其初投资较高,但其年运行费用可以节省60.2%,投资回收期为3年。 The author introduces a kind of Temperature and Humidity Independent Control air-conditioning System(THICS) which takes river water as the cold source. Based on this, the energy consumption and economic efficiency of THICS taking river water and high temperature chiller as cold source are compared and analyzed. The study shows that the THICS with river water as cooling source is 60.3% energy saving compared with the THICS by the high temperature chiller; conclusion can be drawn from the economic analysis of the two systems by the Net Present Value(NPV) method of Life Cycle Cost(LCC), although the THICS with river-water as the cold source has a higher initial investment, its annual operating expense can be saved by 60.2%, and the payback period is 3 years.
