妇科肿瘤科护士性健康照护实施现状及影响因素调查分析

Staous and influencing factor of sexuality health care to gynecological tumor patients in gynecological oncology department

目的调查妇科肿瘤科护士对患者实施性健康照护的现状,并调查其性健康照护实施的障碍和促进因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、对患者性健康问题的护理实践及障碍促进因素量表对153名妇科肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果妇科肿瘤科护士对患者性健康问题的护理实践情况总分为(25.59±11.77)分,不同年龄、工作年限及婚姻状况的护士其得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士实施性健康照护的主要促进因素为良好的护患关系、交流技巧以及为护士提供相关培训,主要障碍因素为护士对患者性健康问题的错误认知和护理人力资源不足。结论妇科肿瘤科护士对患者性健康问题的护理实践处于较低水平,障碍因素主要来源于护士、患者和医院环境。医院护理管理者应针对妇科肿瘤科护士实施性健康照护的促进、障碍因素进行改进,加强护士相关培训,改善人力资源不足的现状,为患者提供身心全方位的照护。

Objective To investigate nurses＇ practice in addressing the sexuality concerns of gynecological cancer patients and find out the facilitators and barriers. Methods A total of 153 nurses in the gynecological oncology department were engaged in the investigation by convenience sampling method into their practice and operation of sexuality health care as well as the facilitators and barriers in the operation based on sexuality care inventory. Results The total score on practical operation of sexuality care by the nurses in the gynecological oncology department was （25.59±11.77）. The scores were significantly different concerning age, working experience and marital status （P〈0.05）. The main facilitators for nurses to carry out sexual health care were good nurse-patient relationship, communication skills and training for nurses. The main barriers were wrong cognition on patients＇ sexual health problems and shortage of nursing human resources. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the factors for promoting health care for gynecological oncology nurses, strengthen the training of nurses and employing more nurses so as to provide comprehensive care for patients.
