摘要
四单根立柱钻机采用四单根一立柱的钻井模式,通过加长钻柱立根,降低起下钻频次,增加立根高速运行时间,实现钻井综合作业效率的提高。与常规三单根钻机相比,四单根钻机在超长井架设计、大容绳滚筒缠绳技术保障及超长钻柱立根稳定排放等方面存在较多难题。鉴于此,详述了四单根立柱钻机所具备的各项关键技术,并结合9 000 m四单根钻机提出超深井四单根钻机关键技术和保障钻井效率提高的综合措施,措施后,与三单根立柱钻机相比,其钻井综合作业效率最高提速23. 97%,平均提速19. 00%。研究内容可为四单根钻机进一步推广应用和深井与超深井钻机钻井综合提效提供技术基础。
Four-joint stand drilling rig adopts four-joint stand drilling modes to improve comprehensive drillingoperation efficiency by speed. It is one of the deep wells. Compared lengthening the stand, reducing the frequency important measures for improving the drilling with the conventional three-joint stand rig, the ultra-long derrick design of tripping, and increasing the stand running speed and efficiency of deep wells and ultra- four-joint stand rig has many problems in the , the technical support of large capacity rope drum wrapping and the stable handling of the stand. The key technologies of the four-joint stand drilling rigs are detailed. The key technologies and the compre- hensive measures to ensure the improvement of drilling efficiency of the four-joint stand rig for ultra-deep well are proposed in combination with the 9 000 m four-joint stand rig. The research results can provide technical basis for the further promotion and application of four-joint stand drilling rig and comprehensive efficiency improvement of deep well and ultra-deep drilling rigs.
