五缸钻井泵动力端AME Sim/Motion联合仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统三缸单作用往复泵存在质量大、输出压力波动大、冲程短和冲次高等问题,提出一种新型五缸钻井泵结构。利用AME Sim/Motion仿真平台对新型钻井泵分别建立一维液压模型和动力端动力学模型,并利用软件间的接口搭建进行联合仿真,通过运动学分析与理论分析得出联合仿真模型的合理性。将一维液压模型仿真得到的液力载荷对钻井泵动力端进行动力学分析,得出连接销作用力、曲轴销作用力和曲轴输入扭矩变化规律。将曲轴输入扭矩联合仿真结果与理论值进行比较可知,所建立的联合仿真模型合理,分析结果可靠。 To address the problems of conventional three-cylinder single-acting mud pump like high weight, large output pressure fluctuation, short stroke and high stroke frequency, a novel five-cylinder mud pump structure is developed. The AME Sire/Motion simulation platform is used to establish a one-dimensional hydraulic model and power section dynamics model for the new pump. Co-simulation was conducted using connected softwares by port. The rationality of the co-simulation model is verified through kinematics analysis and theoretical analysis. The hy- draulic load simulated by the one-dimensional hydraulic model is used to analyze the dynamics of the mud pump power section, and the connecting pin force, the crankpin force and the crankshaft input torque are obtained. Com- parison between the co-simulation results and the theoretical values of the crankshaft input torque indicate that the established co-simulation model is rational and the analysis results are reliable.
