摘要
为满足油气田完井防砂需求,评价防砂筛管的挡砂性能,研制了一套实尺寸防砂筛管防砂效果检测系统。该系统设计主要考虑了钻完井井筒尺寸、完井方式、井型类别和储层温度等因素,可针对不同的储层类型和特点,评价优选出适合的完井防砂方式。采用该系统开展了针对海上某油田防砂完井筛管挡砂效果的试验研究。试验结果表明:该系统可以提高防砂的成功率,大大延长油井生产周期,满足油田高产、稳产的需求。实尺寸防砂筛管防砂效果检测系统的研制成功,可推动完井防砂工艺的完善和发展,具有非常重要的现实意义。
To meet the sand control requirements of oil and gas well completion and evaluate the sand retai ning performance of sand control screen, a set of sand control performance measure system for full size sand control screen was developed. The design of the system mainly considers the factors such as the wellbore size, completion method, well type and reservoir temperature. It can help to preferably select sand control method in line with differ ent reservoir types and characteristics. The system is used to test the sand retaining effect of sand control screen for an offshore oilfield. The test results show that the system can improve the success rate of sand control method, greatly extend the production time, and meet the demand of high yield and stable production of oil field. The suc cessful development of the sand control performance measure system for full size sand control screen can promote the improvement and development of the sand control technology, presenting very important practical significance.
