摘要 有效控减油井作业劳务费用,实现降本增效是低油价下老油田效益开发的必然要求。负压井进行井筒清砂作业时,当地层漏失量较大,水力冲砂无法得到有效返排,需要起出冲砂管柱再改下捞砂作业,既增加了作业工时和作业费用,又进一步加重了储层污染。为此,运用联作一体化设计思路,通过创新设计井下管柱结构,整合改进作业工序方法,开发了冲捞砂联作一体化技术。该技术集全通径冲砂管柱与机械捞砂管柱两者功能于一体,不需要起下更换管柱,只需要通过井口操作即可将冲砂管柱转换成捞砂管柱,进而实现不动管改冲砂为捞砂作业,既克服了水力冲砂与机械捞砂各自的缺点,又可发挥两者优势,提高了清砂成功率,同时缩短了作业占井时间,减少了作业费用。现场应用中,冲捞砂联作清砂单井平均节约起下换管劳务作业费用0. 95万元,缩短作业占井时间20 h。冲捞砂联作一体化技术的成功开发为同类油井清砂作业提供了联作新模式。 Effectively controlling and reducing the cost of oil well operation is an inevitable requirement for the development of old oilfields under low oil prices. During sand cleaning in negative pressure wellbore, effective flowback of hydraulic sand washing often failed, and tripping out sand washing string and running sand fishing oper ation is often needed, which increases the rig time and operating costs and caused more serious formation damage To address the problem, the integrated joint operation idea is adopted. Through the innovative structure design of the downhole string and modified operation process, the integrated sand washing and sand fishing joint operation technology is developed. The technology, which integrates the fullbore sand washing string and the mechanical sand fishing string, can change the sand washing operation mode to sand fishing mode by ground operation, elimi nating the need of string mechanical sand fishing change tripping. The technology overcomes the shortcomings of hydraulic sand washing and , and makes the most of the advantages of both. The method improves the success rate of sand cleaning and shortens rig time and reduces operating costs. In the field application, the integrated sand wash ing and sand fishing joint operation saves a tripping operation of 9 500 RMB for a single well, and shortens opera tion time by 20 hours. The successful development of the joint operation technology provides a new mode for joint sand cleaning operation of similar wells.
