摘要
男性不育症的治疗,精液检查是判断生育力的一个重要依据。其中,一次射精的精子数是生育力的重要指标。这个精子数应该是指精液中能够向前移动的正常形态精子数、即能够使女方受孕的“有效精子数”。目前临床一般的精液常规检查,由于某些项目报告比较粗略,已经不能适应男科临床医生的需要。即使较为精确的报告,在进行前后两次精液检查或两份精液报告对比时,由于其中不同项目的数据常常此起彼伏。
In order to study quantitative analysis in examination of semen and solve the problem of compre- hensive analysis and comparison of changes in multiple parameters of semen examined, the author has present- ed a new concept of 'number of effective sperm', which consists of the total product of sperm density, semen volume, sperm survival, forward moving spermatozoa with normal morphology, or the 'number of effective spermatozoa' in a semen sample. It can serve as a nimportant index for judging fertility. Clinical use of this in- dex showed that objective quantitative analysis of fertility of men's semen and comparison of fertility between two semen samples can be made.
