高校图书馆智库服务的内涵解析及策略研究

Connotation Analysis and Strategy Research on Think Tank Service in University Library

面向高校智库建设与服务,分析了高校图书馆智库服务的内涵。高校图书馆智库服务可从三个层面理解:一是作为智库的高校图书馆,其提供的是智库产品;二是作为"准智库"的图书馆,其提供的是智库型服务;三是作为文献信息中心和服务机构的图书馆,为高校智库提供文献信息服务。在此基础上进一步提出高校图书馆智库服务应采取分层次建设、合作化开发和国际化发展的完善策略。

This paper analyzes the connotation of think tank service in university libraries facing university think tank construction and service. The think tank service of university li- brary should be understood from three levels： First, as a think tank, the university library provides the products of think tanks. Second, as a quasi-thinking tank, the library provides a think tank type service. Third, as a document information center and service organization, the library provides document information for the university think tank. On this basis, the author further proposes that the think tank service of university library should adopt the im- provement strategies of hierarchical construction, cooperative development and international development.
