摘要
为了实现对防喷器泵组自动启停、蓄能器组充压时间等一系列试压试验,构建了基于上下位机的防喷器试压实验装置。通过ADAM4117采集卡将压力变送器接收的压力信号实时采集并显示在由Matlab编写的上位机图形用户界面(GUI)上,上位机处理后将分析结果反馈到STC89C52RC单片机上,通过其控制防喷器防爆启动器的开关。该调试系统在防喷器控制装置的安全使用和检查维护中起重要作用,有助于提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
In order to realize automatic start-stop test of BOP pump group, pressurizing time test of accumulator group and so on, a debugging system for BOP control device has been designed with upper and lower structure. The real-time acquisition pressure signals of pressure transmitter are transported to PC through ADAM4117 acquisition card and displayed in Matlab graphical user interface (GUI), and the analysis results are feedback to STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer, through which to control the BOP explosion-proof starter switch. This debugging system plays an important role in safe use, inspection and maintenance of the BOP control device, and can improve the abilities of analyzing and solving problems for students.
