摘要
实验教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,实验教师绩效考核关系到高校绩效工资改革的整体推进。为了更加科学合理地对实验教师队伍进行绩效考核,本文通过对实验教师队伍的日常管理、教学工作和科研工作3个方面进行合理量化。结果表明,根据实验教师具体岗位的单位绩效工作量、全校实验系列的工作量调节系数等测算出被考核单位实验绩效工作量,结合绩效考核结果核算出实验教师队伍绩效工资,以此作为实验教师绩效工资发放重要依据,以提高实验教师的工作积极性和责任感。
Experimental teachers are the important constitutions of universities teacher team, and their performance assessment will influence the overall progress of performance salary reformation in universities. In order to scientifically and reasonably process the performance assessment,the present study quantify the performance evaluation of experimental teachers in universities from the following aspects: Daily management, teaching work and research work. The results showed thatthe workload of performance assessment of evaluated affiliations was measured basing on the workload unit of lab teachers’ specificposition and adaption index of overall lab system in university.Togetherwith the results of performance assessment, the salary of performance assessment was calculated, and then as an important evidence,issued to experimental teachers. The current finding involved in preliminary investigation of the mechanism of performance assessment of experimental teachers in universities will provide technical support for the reformation of performance assessmentin universities nationally.
