高校实验室消防安全管理存在的问题与对策

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Laboratory Fire Control Management in Colleges and Universities

随着高校实验室规模不断扩大,实验室中人员、材料、仪器、设施不断增多,消防安全隐患也日益凸显。通过对实验室消防安全隐患分析研究,归纳总结存在的消防安全意识淡薄、老旧楼宇消防设施不完善、实验室电力设施容量不足、药品材料存放不规范等问题,提出了加强消防安全教育、强化药品管理、严格配置消防装备、及时改造落后硬件设施、制定管理和操作规程等整改和预防措施,力图构建一套科学、合理的消防安全管理体系,从而更好地保障师生的人身安全和实验室财产安全。

With the increase of scale, personnel, materials, equipment and facilities of laboratory,the hidden danger of fires has become more and more important. The problems existing in the laboratory of fire control have been analyzed, such as weak awareness of fire safety, unperfect fire safety facilities in old buildings, lack of capacity of laboratory power facilities and nonstandard storage of drugs and materials. Then the corresponding rectification and preventive measures like strengthen fire safety education for teachers and students, rigorous drug management, configure fire fighting equipment strictly, reform outdated hardware facilities promptly and formulate management and operation rules have been put forward, which aims at building a scientific and reasonable fire control management system, so as to better protect the physical safety of teachers and students and the security of laboratory property.
