摘要
固态变压器是利用电磁感应原理和高频电力电子变流技术的新型智能变电装置,可实现电力系统中的电压变换、电气隔离、无功补偿等功能,具有优越的动静态特性。基于固态变压器的输入级电路拓扑结构和工作原理,提出了功率因数校正控制方案,搭建MatLab/SIMULINK仿真模型,仿真结果证明,提出的控制策略对固态变压器输入级的功率、电压、电流控制具有良好的控制效果,可有效地改善农村电网特性并进行无功补偿。
The solid-state transformer is a new intelligent substation that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction and high-frequency power electronic converter technology. It can realize voltage conversion, electrical isolation, reactive power compensation and other functions in the power system, and has superior dynamic and static characteristics. Based on the topological structure and working principle of the input stage circuit of solid state transformer, a power factor correction control scheme is proposed, and the MatLab/ SIMULINK simulation model is built. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy has good control on the power, voltage and cmTent of the input stage of the solid state transformer. The control effect can effectively improve the characteristics of rural power grids and perform reactive power compensation.
