石菖蒲在肿瘤治疗中的应用浅谈

Discussion on the application of sweetflag rhizome in treatment of tumor

目的探析石菖蒲在肿瘤患者中的治疗作用。方法通过总结2012年9月～2017年12月期间临床应用石菖蒲治疗肿瘤患者,以及合并失眠、抑郁、脾胃功能障碍等病例308例,分析病因病机,辨证用药,以及其配伍应用。结果石菖蒲在肿瘤患者治疗中的功效豁痰醒脑、宁心安神、解郁、醒脾化湿和胃。结论石菖蒲对提高肿瘤患者生活质量,特别是改善肿瘤患者失眠、抑郁、胃肠功能障碍,以及脑瘤及脑转移瘤患者出现头痛、呕吐,记忆力下降,精神障碍,功能障碍等症疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of sweetflag rhizome in treatment of tumor. Methods Cases of 308 tumor patients combined with insomnia,depression,spleen and stomach dysfunction who were clinically treated by sweetflag rhizome in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2017 were summarized to analyze etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and prescription and compatible application. Results The effect of sweetflag rhizome in treatment of tumor patients was phlegm-eliminating and brain-awaking,tranquilizing the mind,relieving depression,enlivening the spleen,resolving damp and harmonizing the stomach. Conclusion Sweetflag rhizome is effective in improving the quality of life of patients with tumor,especially in improving insomnia,depression,gastrointestinal dysfunction and headache,vomiting, memory loss,mental disorder and dysfunction in patients with brain tumors and brain metastases.
