Objective To explore the clinical causes and prognosis analysis on seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion. Methods The clinical data of infants with seasonal infantile diarrhea who were treated in November 2014 to November 2017 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed and their general data were also collected. Differences in general data of seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion were analyzed and difference terms were brought into the logistic regression equation to analyze causes of seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion and provide targeted preventive measures. Results Of all research objects, 33 infants were complicated with convulsion, accounting for 3.30%. Infants with seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion and those without seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion are different in high fever, blood sodium, toxic bacillary dysentery andblood ealeium(P 〈 0.05). Above factors were brought into the logistic regression equation and it showed that they are all influencing factors for seasonal infantile dian'hea complicated with convulsion. Conclusion Seasonal infantile diarrhea can be affected by high fever, blood sodium, toxic bacillary dysentery and blood calcium and they can increase incidence rate of convulsion. Clinically, targeted prevention measures should be given to reduce the occurrence of seasonal infantile diarrhea complicated with convulsion.
