康妇消炎栓在会阴侧切术后应用的临床价值分析

目的研究与分析康妇消炎栓在会阴侧切术后的应用价值。方法从本院2014年4月～2017年9月接收的经会阴侧切术顺娩的产妇中,随机抽取90例产妇,将其进行奇偶排序,45例奇数产妇作为观察组,采用康妇消炎栓进行治疗,45例偶数产妇作为对照组,采用高锰酸钾溶液治疗。对比两组产妇愈合情况、疼痛情况、住院情况、不良反应发生情况以及满意度情况。结果观察组Ⅰ级愈合率(71.11%)高于对照组(51.11%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组VAS评分、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(17.78%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总满意率(91.11%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产妇行会阴侧切术后采用康妇消炎栓进行治疗,极大的降低了产妇的疼痛感和不良反应发生机率,促进了产妇的愈合和恢复,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the application value of Kang Fu Antiphlogistie Suppository after episiotomy. Methods 90 parturients were randomly selected from the parturients received by lateral perineal lateral resection in our hospital during the period from April 2014 to September 2017.They were given odd and even sort,45 eases of parturients as observation group,treated with Kang Fu anti-inflammatory suppository,45 eases of even parturients as control group,and treated with Potassium Permanganate solution.The healing, pain, hospitalization,adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The healing rate of Ⅰ （71.11%） in the observation group was higher than that of the eontrol group （51.11%）,the difference was statistieally significant （P 〈 0.05）.The VAS score and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44% lower than that of the control group （17.78%）,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）The total satisfaction rate of the observation group （91.11%） was higher than that of the control group （73.33%）,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with Kang Fu antiinflammatory suppository after lateral resection of women＇s Guild has greatly reduced the pain and the incidence of adverse reactions in parturients,and promoted the healing and recovery of parturients,which is of high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
