柞蚕主要性状主成分聚类分析与综合评价

Cluster Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Principal Components of Main Characters of Antheraea pernyi

以12份不同类型的柞蚕品种为供试材料,采用随机区组设计,春秋两季各3次重复,估算12个柞蚕品种(品系)产量、生命力和品质等7个经济性状的主成分,并以前3个主成分和欧式距离为基础作聚类分析。结果显示,在12份柞蚕种质中,前3个主成分累计贡献率达93.97%。第1主成分为产卵量构成因子,贡献率为64.19%,第2主成分为孵化率构成因子,贡献率为15.12%,第3主成分为生命力构成因子,贡献率为14.66%。综合排序的结果,"582B"、"辽蚕426"和"KV"综合得分较高,说明这3个品种在产卵量、孵化率和生命力方面性状较为优良。聚类分析结果表明,12份柞蚕品种可分为3大类群,形态特征是造成柞蚕品种间遗传距离远近的关键因素。

12 different types of tussah varieties were used as test materials, whose main components of 7traits, namely,yield, vitality and quality were estimated by random block design. Then three princi pal components and the Euclidean distance were used for clustering analysis. The experiment was re peated 3 times in spring and autumn respectively. The results show that the accumulative contribution rate of the top 3 principal components in 12 tussah varieties is 93.97%. The first principal component is egg laying amount whose contribution rate is 64.19%, the second principal component is hatchabili ty whose contribution rate is 15.12%, the third principal component vitality, with the contribution rate of 14.66%. The results of comprehensive sequencing show that the scores of ＂582B＂, ＂Liaocan 426＂ and ＂KV＂ are higher, which indicates that the three varieties have excellent characters in egg laying amount, hatchability and vitality. The results of cluster analysis showed that 12 Antheraea pernyi varieties are divided into 3 groups, and morphological characteristics are the key factors for the genetic distance between them.
