柞蚕新品种高油1号的选育

Breeding the New Tussah Silkworm Variety “Gaoyouyihao”

柞蚕新品种高油1号是以"抗大"为基础材料,利用系统选育手段,采用分区饲养、系统分离、定向培育的方法。同时兼顾各项经济指标的综合平衡,通过8年16代的系统选育,育成的具有高脂肪含量的柞蚕新品种。选育结果:全茧量12.3g,千粒茧重11.8kg,茧丝长1 222m、百粒茧纤维公量125.6g,茧丝纤度6.21dtex,鲜茧出丝率8.48%,虫蛹统一生命率93.2%,单蛾含油量0.55g、含油率56.17%。

The new tussah variety ＂Gaoyouyihao＂ is systematically selected and bred based on the ＂Kangda＂by divisional feeding, systematic separation and directive breeding. In the meantime, other economic parameters are taken into consideration to breed the new variety which go through 8 years for 16 generations. The selective breeding results are as follows： the whole cocoon weight is 12.3g; the weight of 1000 cocoon is 11.8kg, cocoon silk length is 1222m, 100 cocoon fiber is 125.6g, cocoon silk size is 6.7D, fresh cocoon silk yield is 8.48%, larva pupa rate being 93.2%, the oil content of single moth is 0.55g and oil content is 56.17%.
