摘要
采用1—2龄颗粒人工饲料育、3—5龄桑叶育的饲养形式进行试验,比较了3个现行家蚕品种与5个人工饲料适应性杂交组合对人工饲料的适应性和经济性状。结果表明,经选育的人工饲料适应性杂交组合R菁松×R皓月、中广×日广、R菁松×日广03、新中×(日广03·日广04)及新中×(R皓月A·R皓月B)对颗粒人工饲料的摄食性优于现行对照品种,全茧量、茧层量、茧层率等主要经济指标多数高于现行对照品种。综合性状以R菁松×R皓月为最好,其他的人工饲料适应性杂交组合也具有较高的培育价值。
In this experiment, 3 current commercial silkworm varieties and 5 hybrid combinations adap ted to artificial diet fed with pellet artificial diet during 1-2 larva stages and with mulberry leaf dur ing 3-5 lava stages were selected to investigate their adaptation to artificial diet and economic charac ters. The results indicate those hybrid combinations adapted to artificial diet after breeding selection, R Jingsong×RHaoyue, Zhongguang×Riguang, R Jingsong × Riguang03, Xinzhong× (Riguang03 × Riguang04) , and Xinzhong × (RHaoyue A × RHaoyue B) have advantage in feeding habit, compared with current commercial varieties. Most of their main economic characters, such as whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, and cocoon shell rate were superior to current commercial varieties. R Jingsong × R Haoyue possesses the best general performances, and other hybrid combinations adapted to artificial diet merit higher value of cultivation.
