南京城市有机更新背景下少数民族聚集区防灾减灾策略研究——以七家湾回族社区为例

Study on Strategy of Disaster Prevention and Reduction in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Organic Renewal in Nanjing City——A Case Study of Qijiawan Hui Community

从阐述社区减灾的重要性入手,以城市有机更新为背景,以南京市七家湾回族社区为例,总结七家湾社区易遭灾害类型,全面调查七家湾社区防灾减灾工作现状,以居民对社区减灾的认知情况和公众参与情况为切入点,分析其防灾减灾面临的几个突出难题,并提出了相应的路径改善策略。

This paper starts with the importance of community disaster reduction,taking the organic renewal of the city as the background,and the Qijiawan Hui community in Nanjing city was taken as a case.The types of several possible disasters in Qijiawan Hui community were predicted,and the current situation of disaster prevention and mitigation in Qijiawan Hui community was investigated.Taking residents cognition of community disaster reduction and public participation as the breakthrough point,this paper summarizes the outstanding problems faced by the disaster prevention and mitigation optimization,and the corresponding strategy of improvement is put forward.
