陕西省休闲农业发展水平评价及驱动力分析

EVALUATION AND DRIVING FORCE ANALYSIS OF LEISURE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

[目的]休闲农业是现代化农业发展的新模式,为了全面了解陕西省休闲农业发展的整体水平和驱动因素,对陕西省休闲农业的发展水平进行综合评价,为陕西省发展现代化农业提供一定的参考依据。[方法]文章通过层次分析法对陕西省休闲农业的发展水平构建评价指标体系,确定各指标的权重,基于该结果,采用模糊评价法对各指标打分,计算出休闲农业发展水平的综合得分,根据得分情况,确定陕西省休闲农业发展的整体水平。[结果]层次分析法结果表明功能效益的权重最大为0. 422 4,产业发展的权重值次之为0. 269 9,经营模式的权重值最小为0. 135 1;模糊评价打分结果表明陕西省休闲农业发展水平的综合得分为3. 99;休闲农业发展水平驱动力分析表明物质基础、形成条件、经济基础和文化基础都会促进休闲农业的发展。[结论]陕西省休闲农业发展水平处于快速发展阶段,其驱动因素受到多方面的影响,为了促进陕西省休闲农业的健康发展,建议政府应加强环境保护和基础设施建设,提高工作人员的服务意识,提升产品文化内涵,促进陕西省休闲农业的整体化发展。

Leisure agriculture is a new model for the development of modern agriculture. In order to fully understand the overall level and driving factors of the development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province, a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi is carried out to provide some reference for the development of modern agriculture in Shaanxi province.Through analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture development level in Shaanxi province was constructed, and the weight of each index wass determined. Based on this result, the comprehensive score of leisure agriculture development level was calculated by using the fuzzy evaluation method. According to the score situation, the overall level of leisure agriculture development in Shaanxi province was determined. The results of AHP showed that the maximum weight of functional benefit was 0.422 4, the weight of industrial development was 0.269 9, and the minimum of business model was 0.135 1. The result of fuzzy evaluation showed that the comprehensive score of the development level of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province was 3.99. The analysis of the driving force of the development level of leisure agriculture showed that the material foundation, the forming condition, the economic base and the cultural basis would promote the development of the leisure agriculture. Through a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province, the results showed that the development level of leisure agriculture was in a rapid development stage, and its driving factors were affected by many aspects, in order to promote the healthy development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province. It is suggested that the government should strengthen the environmental protection and infrastructure construction, improve the staff＇s service consciousness, promote the connotation of product culture, and promote the integrated development of leisure agriculture in Shaanxi province.
