摘要
点火线圈是汽车点火系统的重要器件,其工作性能的好坏严重影响发动机的性能。二次覆模工艺使点火线圈的连接器与壳体间产生空隙,点火线圈在高低温工作时会通过空隙吸入潮气,导致连接器插针的电源端与搭铁端之间短接,引起点火线圈烧损。针对此问题,本文提出可行的解决方案,并进行验证。
As an important component in a vehicle ignition system, the performance of the ignition seriously affects the engine performance. The gap between connector and shell of the ignition coil is produced by a dual injection molding processe. The damp air will get into the gap when the ignition coil works in a high-low temperature environment. Then it will cause the power port and ground port shorted, and lead to ignition coil burnt.Appropriate solutions are proposed and validation test is carried out.
