便携式TCU硬件功能测试设备研究

Research on PortableHardware Function Test Equipment of TCU

为满足汽车行业TCU (变速器控制器, Transmission Controller Unit)硬件功能测试设备的便携式使用需求,在研究自动化测试系统的基础上提出研究一种轻型化的硬件功能测试系统设计方案。首先分析设备开发需求与自动化测试系统的基本组成,然后详细介绍该轻型化测试系统的核心硬件设计方案和软件设计方案。该方案的提出将为便携式TCU硬件功能测试设备的开发提供技术支撑。

To realize the requirement of TCU hardware function test with portable equipment, a light test system scheme is proposed based on the research of automatic test system. Firstly, developing requirements of the portable equipment and the constitution of automatic test system are analyzed. Then, the core hardware design and software design of light test system are introduced. It is supposed to provide technical support for the future TCU test device development.
