摘要
我国原油管道的使用年限逐渐进入老龄化阶段,即将迎来新老管线的废弃与更新阶段。其中管道的固化处置是符合废弃管道规范处理的关键步骤,也是环境保护的必然要求。针对这一问题,本文调查了我国原油管道的使用现状与国内外废弃管道处理规范,并研究出一种适用于鄂尔多斯盆地地质条件的管道固化工艺配方。
The service life of China＇s crude oil pipelines has gradually entered an aging stage, and these pipelines are about to usher in the phase of abandonment and renewal. The solidification treatment is a key step in accordance with the standard disposal of abandoned pipeline, and is also an inevitable requirement of environmental protection. Aiming at this problem, this paper investigates the current situation of crude oil pipelines in China and the treatment standards of abandoned pipelines at home and abroad. A curing technology formu- lation suitable for the geological conditions of Ordos basin is developed in this paper.
