摘要
换向蓄热式全热交换器具有装置小巧灵活、结构简单、易于布置等特点,在单体房间的热回收方面有很好的应用前景。蓄热体的填料作为其关键部分,其形式、大小对热回收有着重要影响。本文针对换热器显热部分,基于组合填料特性,运用多孔介质模型,建立模型模拟研究换热器内部芯体换热与流动启动和稳定过程,并进一步探究结构因素和操作因素对组合填料热工的影响,以得到一个最佳的换热影响组合,对换向蓄热式交换器的设计提供一定借鉴。
The reversible regenerative heat exchanger has the advantages of small size, flexibility, simple structure and easy arrangement, and has a good prospect in the heat recovery of single room. The filler of the regenerator has its important part, its form and size have important influence on the heat recovery. Based on the characteristics of composite filler, the porous media model was used to simulate the heat transfer and flow initiation and stabilization process of the core of the heat exchanger, and further explore the structural factors and operational factors. The impact of the work to get an optimal combination of heat transfer, the design of the commutation regenerative switch to provide some reference.
