摘要
本文结合某市政转体桥工程,通过先建立标准坐标系,再用它为中介,确定被测点在转盘的定位坐标系中的坐标的方法,实现视觉传感器网络坐标换算;以图像直方图为标准的双灰度值峰图,选取特征峰和背景峰之间的谷值为阀值,进行图像处理。验证测量发现,我们设立的传感器系统的稳定性为0.05mm,极限误差为0.10mm,满足精度要求。实测证明,利用视觉测量技术检验高精度转体桥转盘尺寸精度,数据精确,简单易行。
It is realized the coordinate conversion of visual sensor network combined with a municipal turning bridge project, through establishing standard coordinate system, and using it as intermediary to de- termine the coordinates of the measured points in the turntable positioning coordinate system. By using image histogram as standard double gray value peak map, it is to select between characteristic peak and background peak. Verification measurements show that the stability of the sensor system is 0.05 mm and the limit error is 0.10 mm, which meets the accuracy requirements. The actual measurement proves that it is easy and accurate to use visual measurement technology to test the dimension accuracy of high precision rotating bridge turntable.
