Taking “Warm Communication” as the Starting Point to Improve the Mental Health of Higher Vocational Students' Education Work Effect

越来越多的心理健康教育工作者关注心理健康教育工作实效,笔者提出以"温馨沟通"工作为抓手,把心理健康教育工作作为加强和改进学校思想政治教育工作、全面推进素质教育的新途径。具体包括:统一认识,加强领导,建立三级温馨沟通网络;认真贯彻落实,归纳温馨沟通常见心理问题;科学规划,三个结合,努力开创温馨沟通新局面。

A growing number of mental health education workers has paid attention to the psychological health education work. It is put forward ＂warm communication＂ in the psychological health education work to strengthen and improve school ideological and political education work. It is to unify understand- ing, strengthen leadership, and establish a three-level warm communication network, as well as to imple- ment and summarize the common psychological problems of warm communication. Scientific planning and the combination of the three efforts is served to create a new situation of warm communication.
