基于产教融合的高职跨境电子商务人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce Talents in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Integration of Production and Education

在"互联网+"时代,随着电子商务的迅速发展,跨境电商也得到了蓬勃发展。随着"一带一路"和自贸区的建设推进以及进出口政策开放等因素的叠加,跨境电子商务产业在不断扩大的同时对跨境电商人才的综合性需求也越来越多。目前,全国已经有700多所高职院校开设了电子商务专业,虽然高职院校非常重视跨境电商人才的培养,但是,培养出的跨境电商人才却不能很好的满足跨境电商行业发展的需要,本文将从产教融合的角度对跨境电商人才的培养作以分析。

With the rapid development of e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce has flourished in the era of ＂Internet＋＂ . According to the superposition of the ＂Belt and Road＂ and the construction of the free trade zone and the opening up of import and export policies, the cross-border e-commerce industry is ex- panding and the comprehensive demand for cross-border e-commerce talents is increasing. At present, there axe more than 700 higher vocational colleges in the country that have established e-commerce majors. Al- though higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the cultivation of cross-border electric busi- nessmen, the cross-border electric businessmen trained cannot meet the requirements of the development of the e-commerce industry well. This article analyzes the cultivation of cross-border electric talents from the perspective of the integration of production and education.
