纺织品染色用天然植物染料的研究进展

Research progress of plant dyes for textile dyeing

天然植物染料由于来源广泛、生态友好、兼具成本效益等优势,在纺织品染色应用中备受关注。综述了近年来可应用于纺织品染色用的植物染料,按照色系(红色、黄色、蓝色及其他)进行分类,着重介绍改善植物色素对纺织品染色性能和染色效果的各种新方法、新工艺及新手段,提高染色牢度并保持重现性、扩展色系范围、赋予织物功能性是植物染料研究发展的3个方向。

Natural plant dyes had attracted much attention in textile dyeing applications due to their wide range of sources, eco-friendly, and cost-effective advantages. The plant dyes which could be used in textile dyeing in resent years were reviewed. They were classified according to their color systems （red, yellow, blue and others）. Various new methods, new processes and new means to improve the dyeing performance and dyeing effect of plant pigments on textiles were emphatically introduced. Improving dyeing fastness, along with maintaining repeatability, expanding the range of color system and giving fabric functional properties were three directions of research and development of plant dyes.
