调控沉淀剂制备不同形貌Cu_2O及其抗菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以五水硫酸铜(CuSO_4·5H_2O)为铜源,L-抗坏血酸(AA)为还原剂,NaOH、Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、NH_3·H_2O为沉淀剂,采用沉淀法制备了不同形貌的Cu_2O。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、纳米粒径电位分析仪对样品结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明:通过调控沉淀剂分别合成了立方体、凹面立方体、花状、空心球Cu_2O,其中花状和空心球Cu_2O由更小的Cu_2O颗粒组合而成;抗菌结果表明不同形貌Cu_2O抗菌性能大小:空心球>立方体>凹面立方体>花状。 Cu2O with different morphologies were synthesized by chemical precipitation method using chalcanthite (CuSO4·5H2O) as the source of copper, L-ascorbic acid (AA) as reducing agent, NaOH, Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and NH3·H2O as precipitating agents. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nano-particle size potential analyzer. The results showed that Cu2O with different morphologies of cube, cube concave, flower and hollow sphere were successfully synthesized by adjusting precipitator while hollow and flower sphere Cu2O were made of smaller particles of Cu2O. The antibacterial result showed that the sequence of antibacterial properties of Cu2O were hollow sphere〉cube〉cube concave〉flower shape.
