摘要
研究了超声波提取槲木色素的超声波功率、提取温度、提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数对提取效果的影响,并用正交实验优化出最佳提取工艺条件。探究了染色温度、染色时间、超声波功率、浴比等对真丝绸染色效果的影响。比较了预媒染、同浴媒染、后媒染3种染色方式,测试了织物的耐洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,槲木色素的优化提取工艺为:时间40 min,温度60℃,料液比1∶15,乙醇体积分数70%,超声波功率300 W;槲木色素提取液直接染色真丝绸的优化工艺为:温度50℃,时间60 min,浴比1∶50,超声波功率250 W;媒染可提高染色真丝绸的上染率,硫酸亚铁预媒染方式提高效果显著;槲木色素染真丝绸有较优色牢度,硫酸铝钾和硫酸铜较硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂色牢度更优。
The effects of ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on ultrasonic extraction of pigment from oak wood, and the optimal extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The influences of dyeing temperature, dyeing time, ultrasonic power and bath ratio on the dyeing effect of silk fabric were investigated. Three kinds of the pre-mordant, post-mor- dant and mordant in one-bath dyeing method were compared. The color fastness to washing and rubbing of fabric was tested. The results showed that the optimal extraction process of oak wood pigment were as follows: extraction time 40 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:15, ethanol concentration of volume 70%, ultrasonic power 300 W. The optimal process of silk dyed by oak wood pigment extract were as follows: temperature 50℃, time 60 min, bath ratio 1:50, ultrasonic power 250 W. The mordant dyeing could improve the silk dyeing rate and the effect of ferrous sulfate pre-mordant method. The silk dyed by oak wood pigment had better color fastness. The color fastness of potassium aluminum sulfate and copper sulfate as mordants was better than that of ferrous sulfate.
