还原剂AS改善硫化黑浸染过程中的环保性能 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用硫化黑/硫化钠和硫化黑/还原剂AS/烧碱体系对棉织物进行浸染,通过测定染液电导率、还原电位,染色残液COD、BOD和硫化氢释放量以及染色织物K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度和织物上含硫量等来评价两种染色体系的染色效果与环保性能。结果表明,采用硫化黑/硫化钠染色体系,当硫化黑与硫化钠质量比达到1∶1后,染色织物K/S值不再增加。采用中心复合实验法设计硫化黑/还原剂AS/烧碱体系,在相同硫化黑用量(5 g/L),且与硫化黑/硫化钠染色体系相同K/S值的情况下,优化后的用量为还原剂AS 3.4 g/L、烧碱2.07 g/L。在此条件下染色残液的COD、BOD和硫化氢释放量分别降低20.6%、7.5%和99.5%,耐摩擦色牢度、织物上的含硫量基本相同。 The cotton fabrics were dyed with sulphur black/sodium sulfide system and sulfur black/reduc- ing agent AS/caustic soda system, respectively. The dyeing effect and environmental performance of two systems were evaluated by measuring the conductivity, reduction potential, COD, BOD and hydrogen sulfide release amount of the residual dye bath, as well as the K/S value of dyed fabric, the fastness of wet and dry rub- bing and the sulfur content on the fabric. The results showed that the dyeing K/S value was no longer in- creased when the mass ratio of sulfide black and sodium sulfide reached 1:1. The sulphur black/reducing agent AS/caustic soda system was designed by central composite test. In the case of the same amount of sul-fide black (5 g/L) and the same K/S value as that of black sulfide/sodium sulfide chromosome system, the optimized conditions were as follows: reducing agent AS dosage 3.4 g/L, caustic soda 2.07 g/L. Under these condi- tions, the COD, BOD and hydrogen sulfide release were reduced by 20.6%, 7.5% and 99.5%, respectively, and the rubbing fastness and the sulfur content in the fabric did not change.
