摘要
介绍了河钢唐钢高强汽车板产线的特点和成分设计。以双相钢为例,分析了其疲劳性能和高速拉伸性能,研究了扩孔率与抗拉强度的关系,并列举了典型应用实例。经过3年的发展,河钢唐钢完成了抗拉强度为1 200 MPa及以下所有钢种的开发,双相钢DP980及以下钢种实现了稳定批量生产和广泛应用。同时河钢唐钢可以为客户提供整套产品数据库,指导客户进行产品开发。
The characteristics and composition design of high strength automobile plate production line at Tangsteel are introduced. Taking dual-phase steel as an example, the fatigue property and high-speed tensile property are analyzed, the relationship between porosity and tensile strength is studied, and typical application examples are listed. All steel grades with tensile strength of 1 200 MPa and below have been developed in Tangsteel after three-year development. Dual-phase steel DP980 and below has achieved stable volume production and wide application. At the same time, we can provide customers with a complete product database and guide customers to develop products.
