摘要
以炼钢除尘灰为载体,替代当地赤铁矿粉制成粘结剂进行球团生产,可以缓解当地赤铁矿资源不足和炼钢除尘灰二次污染环境等问题。为此,河钢宣钢进行了球团配加炼钢除尘灰粘结剂工业试验,试验结果表明,球团配加炼钢除尘灰粘结剂基本可行,但是粘结剂质量还需要进一步改进。
The pellets production is carried out by replacing the local hematite powder with the steel-making dust as the carrier, which can alleviate the shortage of local hematite resources and environmental pollution problem during secondary utilization of steelmaking dust. Therefore, the industrial test of pelletizing with steelmaking dust binder was carried out in Xuansteel. The results show that the pelletizing with steelmaking dust binder is basically feasible, but the quality of binder needs further improvement.
