摘要
为降低齿轮钢钢水非金属夹杂物水平,河钢石钢利用LD-LF-VD-CC流程生产齿轮钢。通过开发转炉终点高碳出钢技术、LF精炼白渣技术、LF及VD精炼分阶段变流量底吹氩技术及连铸防氧化保护浇注技术等,实现了钢中全氧含量降低到15 ppm以下。钢中的夹杂物缺陷率由2. 0%降至0. 50%,所生产的高品质齿轮钢满足了下游用户需要,提升了公司在高端产品市场的占有率和竞争力。
In order to decrease non - metallic inclusion level in the molten steel, Shisteel adopted the LD - LF - VD - CC process to product the gear steel. Through the development of high carbon tapping technology at the end of converter, LF refining white slag technology, LF and VD bottom blowing argon with variable flow rate and continuous casting anti - oxidation protection pouring technology, the total oxygen content in steel can be reduced to less than 15 ppm. The defect rate of inclusions is decreased from 2.0% to 0.50%. The high quality gear steel can meet the needs of downstream users and enhance the company's market share and competitiveness in high - end products.
